the location was great, close to bars and restaurants. the double room was spotless, included a mini bar fridge, air conditioning, and a personal safe. the staff were amiable and excellent, no complains at all.

All of the staff was very flexible and attentive to guests. The room was contemporary with a very big bathroom and all the necessities plus a shower, had a good night's sleep. A hairdryer, a spa bathtub, and a bidet were available there. The hotel met required needs, I would go back in flash.

Really enjoyed my stay! The location put us right in the heart of everything. The room was spacious and comfy. Joseph's help with our airport transport made everything easier. Carrying luggage up was a workout!

The stuff was genuinely helpful and fabulously friendly, took good care of everyone. My room included coffee and a kettle. The bed was comfortable, and I had luxury bathroom. The check in was easy and the atmosphere was special throughout the hotel.

Navigating multiple flights of stairs with luggage was a hassle. The kitchenette was handy but lacking in necessary supplies!!! Coffee and kettle cleanliness left much to be desired!!!

I loved that I could easily walk to the Pantheon and Campo de' Fiori, just a few minutes away. The room was super clean and had complimentary tea and coffee.
